Biofach is the world’s largest trade fair for organic food and agriculture. 
Held in Nuremberg, Germany, a state filled with great history and architecture with the streets laid with brick stone similar to Gastown, Vancouver. Being the largest organic tradeshow event in the world, the atmosphere was energectic and full of anticipation. Once the crowds were able to stream through Biofach Messe, there was an abundance of amazing sights and flavours to taste….not to mention some traditional German beer.
It was a privilege to attend such a fascinating city and event. We look forward to this event next year.
